Im lauren aka lolly, i am 25 years old & have been baking for over 10 years. i trained as a pastry chef at le cordon bleu, i then went on to work at soho farmhouse before starting lollysbakes in 2019. i started out in my parents kitchen before building a kitchen of my own at the back of the garden. i absolutely love making all your cakes but above all, love making your dreams a reality. every cake made in the lollysbakes kitchen is made with love, high quality ingredients and care.
