Just a little about me and my business. Ive always had a love for baking and after deciding university wasn't the path for me, I decided to go to Le Cordon Bleu to train to become a pastry chef. After 9 months of intense training I got a diploma in pastry! I then worked at Soho Farmhouse for 2 years before starting lollysbakes from home.
